Minutes of the PDPNUM held on 4th August, 2018.
In Attendance
Abubakar Mu'azu, Abubakar Bawa, Aminu Sada, Umar Sukuntuni, Abubakar Lawal Kafinsoli, Bara'atu Abdulaziz, Junaidu Lawal.
Opening Prayer
The meeting started at about 1:40pm with an opening prayer from Abubakar Bawa (Organising Secretary).
State of the Association.
The Coordinator of the Association thanks everyone for attending the meeting and also for their relentless effort for the successful completion of the inaugural event held at the Party Secretariat.
He stressed that this meeting is to mend issues affecting the Movement after the inaugural event. The Movement has sell itself above all PDP support groupsin the states, stressing the need for mutual understanding and cooperation among all EXCOS.
Open Floor
The Organising Secretary1 while making his complain state that all members have complained after the post inaugural event of which they have resolved it with the Coordinator. He stressed the need for attending meeting of which is compulsory for everyone to attend.
The Publicity Secretary1 started by apologising for his late coming and also stated that he has never complain on anyform concerning the Movement.
He also stated that each and every EXCO should be giving full responsibility of doing his job.
The Youth Leader in addition thank all Executives for their effort towards successful inauguration of the movement and also for their mutual understanding.
The Coordinator maintained that the main reason for the oversight function is for the betterment and overall success of the movement stressing that all Executives will now operate independently by making their own initiatives, maintaining that our main aim is to carry everyone along. He concluded by apologising to everyone for the past mistakes.
Suggestion.
That each member will be given a slot of ten people of which they will accompany the decampees.
That our Executives and members will pay a courtesy visit to one Governorship aspirant.
That the sum of Five thousands will be disbursed to the Executives through the office of the Financial Secretary five days before Sallah.
Conclusion.
The meeting was concluded with a closing prayer from the Organising Secretary2.
